GDPR & KVKK Consent

This notice explains how ConveroLINK processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge the processing described here and in our Privacy Policy.

2) Consent Scope

Processing covers data needed to provide account access, short-link and QR services, surveys/forms and bio pages, organization and team management, analytics, billing, and security verification flows (such as phone/email one-time codes). 3) Legal Bases

We rely on performance of a contract (to deliver the service you request), legal obligation (for example invoicing and record-keeping), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, and service improvement), and your explicit consent where required (for example optional analytics or marketing).

4) Your Rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you may request access to your personal data, learn whether and how it is processed, request correction or deletion, object to or request restriction of processing, request data portability, and ask that automated decisions be reviewed. You may also claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

5) Withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and some services may no longer be available afterwards.
