Terms of Use and Sale
This document sets out the rules for using the ConveroLINK platform and the sales and subscription conditions of paid plans. By using the platform or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: June 2026
1) Parties and seller information
This agreement is made between Azelir Brevo Yazılım Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("ConveroLINK", "we"), the provider of the ConveroLINK service, and the customer/organization using the platform ("User", "you"). Seller details: Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Teknopark 1. Ar-Ge Binası, Yenişehir Mah. No:3/67 Yahşihan - Kırıkkale, Türkiye. Mersis No: 0127124998500001. Contact: [email protected].
2) Scope of the service
ConveroLINK is a cloud-based link management platform. Depending on your plan, it includes: short-link creation and redirection via cnvr.li, QR code generation and customization, survey/form building, digital business card (bio) pages, click and scan analytics, team (member) accounts, custom short codes, A/B testing, expiration dates, custom domains, ConveroSMS integration, and REST API access. Feature availability and monthly limits depend on the plan you select.
3) Account, registration, and security
To use the service you must create an account and an organization. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and current, and for safeguarding your credentials and any two-factor authentication (2FA) method. The organization owner controls members' roles and permissions; the organization is responsible for actions taken by its members.
4) Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully. Creating or pointing links to malware, phishing, misleading, defamatory, infringing, illegal, or spam content is prohibited. Sending automated/excessive requests that strain the infrastructure, attempting to bypass security measures, and using the API beyond its stated limits are not allowed. We may suspend or remove links, QR codes, forms, or accounts that violate these rules.
5) Plans, limits, and usage quotas
The service is offered as Free, Basic, Pro, and Premium plans, plus a custom Enterprise plan for organizations. Plans differ in monthly short-link, QR code, and survey creation quotas, minimum code length, number of team accounts, and feature access. Monthly usage quotas reset at the start of your billing period; historical data (created links, QR codes, etc.) is not deleted. The current and binding definition of each plan is the set of values shown at the time of purchase on the Pricing page and in your panel.
6) Pricing, taxes, and discounts
Paid plans are charged at the amount shown on the payment screen. Prices may vary by country/currency (e.g. TRY or USD), and applicable taxes (VAT, etc.) are shown separately on screen. The binding amount is the one displayed at checkout; prices may be updated prospectively. Valid discount/campaign codes apply only within their stated conditions, period, and usage limit; each organization may use a given code only to the extent permitted by its rules.
7) Payment and saved card
Payments are processed securely through the licensed payment provider PayTR. Your card details are not stored by ConveroLINK; they are handled by the payment provider. With your consent, a card record (token) may be created at the payment provider to enable automatic renewal and used for future charges. You can remove your saved card at any time from your panel.
8) Subscription, auto-renewal, and failed charges
Paid plans run on a monthly or annual subscription model and renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled. If a renewal charge fails on the due date, the system retries the charge at scheduled intervals (e.g. on the following days). If the charge still fails after the defined attempts, your plan may be downgraded to the Free plan and access to paid features will be limited. On annual plans, usage quotas refresh monthly throughout the period.
9) Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade)
When you upgrade, a prorated (upfront) price difference is charged based on the days remaining in your current period, and the new plan takes effect immediately. A downgrade or cancellation request takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep your current plan's features until then. Your invoice/receipt is sent to you after payment confirmation and is available in your panel.
10) Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription section of your panel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you may continue using the service until the end of your current paid period and can reverse the cancellation until then. If you delete your organization, your subscription is canceled and any saved card record is removed.
11) Withdrawal, refund, and disputes
The service is digital in nature and begins to be provided immediately after payment confirmation. Under applicable consumer law, withdrawal/refund rights may be limited for digital services whose performance has started with the consumer's consent. In case of a dispute, resolution is first sought with our support team at [email protected]; if unresolved, consumers may apply to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. For pre-purchase information, please also review the Pre-Information Form.
12) Third-party services
The platform uses third-party services such as PayTR for payments, ConveroSMS for SMS delivery, map providers for maps, and measurement tools for usage analytics. Use of these services is also subject to the respective providers' own terms. Connected services such as ConveroSMS may require a separate account and authorization.
13) Intellectual property and your content
The ConveroLINK brand, software, and design belong to us. The links, QR codes, forms, bio content, and any logos/images you upload remain yours; you grant us permission to process them only to the extent necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the content you upload.
14) Availability, suspension, and termination
We aim to provide the service with reasonable continuity; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate your account or related content in case of breach of these terms, unlawful use, or failure to meet payment obligations.
15) Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the last 12 months before the claim arose. This clause does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
16) Personal data
For details on how personal data is processed, review our Privacy Policy and GDPR Consent pages.
17) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
18) Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Kırıkkale (Türkiye) have jurisdiction.
19) Contact
