This policy explains what personal data ConveroLINK processes, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It applies to our website, the cnvr.li short links, and the ConveroLINK platform.

1) Data controller

2) Data We Process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process: account and organization data (name, username, email, phone, organization name, domain, and billing address); content and metadata you create (short links, QR codes, surveys/forms, bio pages, uploaded logos/images); usage and analytics data (clicks and scans, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser/user-agent, referrer, and timestamps); payment and billing data (processed by our payment provider; we store only limited records such as a masked card token, transaction status, and invoice details); communications and support requests; and technical logs and cookies needed for security and reliability.

3) Why We Process Data

We process data to provide and operate core features (performance of our contract with you), to secure accounts and prevent abuse, fraud, and spam (legitimate interest), to take payments and issue invoices and to meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations, and—where required—on the basis of your consent (for example optional analytics or marketing communications).

4) Cookies and Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session management, Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from automated abuse. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

5) Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform, under appropriate agreements: PayTR (payment processing), ConveroSMS (SMS and one-time-code delivery), Cloudflare (security and content delivery), Google Analytics (usage measurement), IP-based geolocation providers (approximate location for analytics), our email provider, and map providers. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6) Survey and Form Respondents

When you respond to a survey or form created by an organization, that organization is the controller of the data you submit (such as your name, phone, email, and answers), and ConveroLINK processes it on the organization's behalf. Phone/email verification (OTP) may be used to confirm responses.

7) Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to operate the service, plus any period required by legal obligations (for example, financial records) and legitimate security needs. When you delete an organization or account, related data is removed or anonymized, subject to mandatory retention periods.

8) International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable data protection law.

9) Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including Türkiye's KVKK and the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
