This form provides key pre-purchase information about service scope, pricing, and subscription conditions.

1) Seller / service provider

Service provider: ConveroLINK. Current contact information is available through support channels and in-platform contact pages.

2) Main characteristics of the service

The digital service includes short-link creation, QR code generation, redirect analytics, and plan-based management features.

3) Total price and payment method

The amount shown at checkout is charged (tax inclusion, if applicable, is shown on screen). Payments are processed securely via PayTR. Card data is handled by the payment provider.

4) Delivery timing and subscription model

The service becomes digitally available right after payment confirmation. Paid plans run on a recurring subscription model and renew automatically unless canceled.

5) Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund notice

You can cancel your subscription from the panel to stop the next renewal. Due to the digital-service nature, withdrawal/refund rights may be limited once service performance starts, as permitted by applicable law.

6) Complaint and recourse channels

For all requests and complaints, please first contact support. If unresolved, you may use official consumer-law recourse channels available in your jurisdiction.
